Nollywood actress Sarah Martins isn’t here for unsolicited opinions about her marital status — and she’s making that clear.

The Asaba-based star took to Instagram to publicly call out a troll who left a derogatory comment on one of her posts, telling her:

“Old woman, go and marry, mad girl.”

Sarah, who was on a movie set at the time, didn’t let it slide. In a clapback that quickly gained traction online, she posted a screenshot of the message and shared her reaction:

“I was on set hustling for my daily 2k when the comment came in. I read it, nodded my head, and decided to check out her page before blocking her — only to find ikwikwi in human form.”

Her witty yet firm response drew applause from fans, with many praising her for standing up against online bullying.

She ended her message with a call for solidarity among women:

“Why are women the ones shaming other women over marriage? Can we please normalize supporting each other instead of dragging one another down?”
