Joseph Aloba, father of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has recently been spotted on the set of a Nollywood film, causing quite a buzz on social media.

A video shared by actor Ayo Olaiya captured Aloba alongside popular Yoruba movie stars, including Fisayomi Abebi. The clip, taken during an ongoing production, shows Aloba casually dressed and wearing sunglasses as he stands beside a car.

In the video, Ayo Olaiya and Fisayomi Abebi are seen approaching him warmly, exchanging pleasantries, and posing for photos together. Sharing the moment on his page, Olaiya added a reflective note:

“In everything, give thanks 🙏. Only a fool clings too tightly to a life that’s nothing more than a marketplace for the head. Be your best self while the journey lasts. ‘Kadara’ by @olayinkasolomon01 is cominggggg.”

Fans were quick to shower Mr. Aloba with gifts, presenting him with a large photo frame, customized throw pillows, bracelets inscribed with “Best Dad,” and personalized clocks.

However, the video has sparked mixed reactions online, with some questioning whether it’s appropriate for Mohbad’s father to be involved in a movie project at this time.
